Red Status

What does it mean?

A Red Status indicates that your solar system requires attention. For example, your solar system has significantly reduced solar energy exports to the grid for 9 consecutive days.

It’s still possible that there is no issue with your solar panels and that exports have changed due to increased household consumption of solar energy. However, such a significant change is unlikely for most homes.

Start your solar health check in My Account or the AGL app

Once you have completed your Solar Health Check and addressed the cause of the problem, you may continue to see a Red Status for up to 9 days as your data continues to be processed.
